Sweet Home and Phenomena: Two Films That Spawned Horror Video Game Franchises (Eventually).

After some technical difficulties, we finally got this weekly review up and it’s a good one. On this episode, we’re discussing two films that help spawn long-running horror video game franchises.
First up we have 1989’s Sweet Home, the horror debut for vaunted director Kiyoshi Kurosawa, which eventually led to the formation of Resident Evil.
On the other side we have 1985’s Phenomena, the Dario Argento/Jennifer Connolly/Donald Pleasance work that inspired Clock Tower a decade later.
