It’s our yearly tradition here at Queen Venerator as we’re counting down our Top 100 Albums of 2022. To say that this was a good year in music would be a massive understatement. This was one of the best years in music in recent memory. A lot of great albums didn’t make the cut, which is kind of insane considering there are 100 albums listed here.

And what a 100 they are.

Dance bangers from across Africa, ambient bedroom projects, a ton of hip-hop, wild free jazz, midi-infused pipe organs, fiery hardcore punk, modular synths for days, ear-shattering electronics, the smoothest desert blues, a guy rummaging around in a box for an hour, and so much more. Enjoy!
